Over het werk
As a teamleader, you manage a team of 20 operators, ensuring that IT and electronic equipment is processed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You motivate your team, provide hands-on support on the shop floor when needed, take part in planning meetings, and make sure environmental, health, and safety standards are followed. You also focus on improving logistical processes and promote the sustainable handling and reuse of electronic waste.
Wat wij bieden
- Salary between € 2.800,- and €3.500,- gross per month (based on 40 working hours per week, excluding 8% holiday allowance and bonus scheme)
- 26 vacation days (based on a full-time contract)
- Travel allowance (€0.22 per km)

Wat wij vragen
- Minimum of two years of experience as a supervisor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of IT equipment and technology
- Strong command of English; Dutch is a plus
- Ability to plan production work clearly and adjust priorities in case of unexpected deliveries
- Proficient with computer systems
