€18.87 gross per hour, including shift allowance
8% holiday allowance
€100 net bonus in November 2026
37.5 hours per week in a 3-shift system
Overtime allowance according to the CAO: 146.6% on Saturdays and 182.8% on Sundays
27 days of annual leave + 6 paid public holidays
