As an assembly operator in Eindhoven, you play a crucial role in the production process of high-quality electronics. You work full-time evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, giving you your days off. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself with training and career advancement options within the company. This is a long-term position, so you can really build your future as an assembly operator.
You start your workday by operating and monitoring the SMD machines. You perform visual inspections, check product quality, and ensure all components are in the right place. Loading feeders and materials is also part of your job, as well as performing quality checks. If you spot a technical issue, you report it immediately and help find a solution. This way, as an assembly operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly.
