Over het werk
As an electrical assembly technician, you will join a modern high-tech company in Eindhoven. You will assemble and wire electrical modules and control systems that are used in advanced machinery. You will work day shifts in a clean, well-organized environment where quality and precision are essential.
You will have your own workstation with a computer screen displaying technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and work instructions. Using these, you will assemble components, connect wiring, and build modules step by step. You will check your own work and collaborate with the testing department to resolve any issues. Most of your work will take place outside the cleanroom, although you may occasionally work inside the cleanroom.
You don't need to be able to do everything independently from day one. An experienced colleague will guide you and teach you how to assemble the different modules. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to progress to Senior Module Builder and eventually Lead Technician.

- A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,600, depending on your experience
- An impressive 40 days off per year, including additional leave (ADV)
- A full-time position on day shifts, with flexible starting times between 07:00 and 08:30
- A direct contract with the company, with the prospect of permanent employment

Wat wij vragen
- Relevant experience in technical assembly or an mbo-level qualification in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Experience working with hand tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams, or willingness to learn
- A precise working style with a strong focus on quality
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
