You will work as a Logistics Employee at a large international logistics company specialising in the pharmaceutical sector, based at a modern distribution centre in Veghel. The company supplies medicines and medical equipment to pharmacies, hospitals and healthcare institutions.
You will be part of a dedicated team of approximately 50 to 100 colleagues. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, and everyone is willing to help each other. The company places great importance on reliability and quality. Together, you ensure that medicines and medical supplies reach customers safely and on time.
Wat ga je doen?
Your main responsibility as a Logistics Employee is to make sure that all orders are prepared correctly and on time for the drivers, ensuring that daily transport operations run smoothly.
Your duties include picking orders, checking shipments and preparing delivery routes for the drivers. If you notice any discrepancies, you will resolve them immediately. You will work closely with colleagues in the warehouse and transport departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working hours: As a Logistics Employee, you will generally work a day shift from Monday to Friday. This is a position of 24 to 40 hours per week, with regular working hours from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Please note that overtime may occasionally be required. This means that finishing at 8:00 PM is not always guaranteed. Your working day may sometimes extend until 8:30 PM or even 9:00 PM.
There is also a possibility that you may eventually be assigned to another department. The working hours in this department are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Are you available for both shifts? That would be a great advantage! However, if you are only available for the afternoon shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, that is also possible at the moment.
Wat wij bieden
- An attractive gross hourly wage of €16.15;
- A 25% shift allowance for hours worked after 7:00 PM;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, for commuting distances of at least 5 kilometres one way, up to a maximum of 35 kilometres one way;

Wat wij vragen
- Previous experience in logistics is preferred;
- You speak Dutch and can communicate in basic English. If you only speak English, you are also very welcome to apply;
- You work accurately and in an organised manner, with an eye for detail;
- You are able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
- You are available for the day shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please note that overtime may occasionally be required;
- Preferably, you are also flexible enough to work the shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in another department. If you are only available for the afternoon shift, that is also possible;
- You have a proactive attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves.
