You will be part of the training coordination team, consisting of a Senior Training Coordinator and Training Centre Manager. In addition, there is a strong collaboration with the teams from the other Land & Sea Academies in Europe. 

You will:

• Organize trainings from A to Z. 

• Discuss training offerings with Wärtsilä customers, this includes making offers and following up on these. 

• Open and maintain orders, be aware of the financial sides of the orders. • Operate software tools like our planning board, learning management systems, offer management tools, CRM tools, office 365 etc. 

• Communicating with the different academies and other stakeholders around the globe.

The location for the position is in Drunen, The Netherlands. Here you can find one of the nine Wartsila Land and Sea Academies (WLSA).

Wat vragen wij?


+3 years in a services or technical organization.

Good writing and communication skills

Fluent in Dutch and Englisch

Organisational skills, helicopter view and administrative strong.
