CNC operator wanted! Work in a 5-shift system and grow within the metal industry!

Over het werk

As a CNC operator, you will work alongside an experienced colleague who will guide you step-by-step through the entire production process. Together, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department. In this role, you are responsible for operating CNC machines and performing turning, milling, and conventional machining of molds. You will also start up, clean, and adjust machines as needed, and carry out minor repairs. You continuously monitor the production process and actively contribute ideas for improvements.

You’ll work in a 5-shift rotation, with shifts from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 06:00. This is a varied and responsible position with the prospect of a permanent contract.

Wat wij vragen

• At least 1 year of experience as an operator in the metal industry
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
• You are precise, motivated, and flexible
• Living in or around the Tilburg region, such as Oosterhout, Waalwijk, Dongen, Oisterwijk, Hilvarenbeek, Goirle, Kaatsheuvel, Sprang-Capelle, Loon op Zand, Gilze en Rijen, Udenhout, Berkel-Enschot, Moergestel, or Helvoirt
