Over het werk
As a Lead Operator, you will be responsible for leading the Reverse Logistics department at our Son en Breugel location. You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and work closely with the other Lead Operators to ensure that products are processed accurately and on time.
In this role, you will lead a team of twenty Operators and ensure that all operational processes run efficiently and safely. You will motivate your team to achieve both departmental and company goals, and you will participate in daily planning meetings together with the planning team and fellow Lead Operators. You are actively present on the work floor, stepping in where needed to support operations. Additionally, you will monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to Environment, Health, and Safety to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.
Wat wij bieden
- Salary between €2,700 and €3,200 gross per month (based on 40 working hours per week, excluding 8% holiday allowance and bonus scheme)
- 26 vacation days (based on a full-time contract)
- Travel allowance (€0.22 per km)

Wat wij vragen
- Mbo-3 working and thinking level or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience managing diverse teams
- Knowledge of logistical processes and affinity for technology and electronics
- Strong leadership skills and a result-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)
